We are currently looking for a dedicated sales leader for our subsidiary in Sweden.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall accountability, responsibility and authority for the management of the business and affairs of STEGO NORDEN AB in accordance to country laws.
  • Teamleader of the STEGO Norden Team
  • Reporting to and working closely with headquarters and finance accountant.
  • Strategic, organizational and personnel planning aligned to the STEGO Group strategy.
  • Planning and tracking of country strategy.
  • Developing new business and increasing sales activities in the sales region of STEGO Norden AB.
  • Providing exceptional service to national and international clients on their inquiries and projects.

Key Competencies & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, related to the engineering field or equivalent experience.
  •          Demonstrated 2+ years of sales and leader or management experience.
  •           Preferably in the enclosure or panel builder industry. Excellent understanding of business key figures and processes as well as experience with controlling tools. Skilled in oral and written communication within an intercultural environment, combined with very good English language skills.
  •          Proven leadership abilities, including motivating and guiding employees to achieve their best performance.
  •         Strong commitment to the professional development and mentoring of staff.
